Gravel Banding
We were contracted by Handsworth Golf Club to install secondary drainage on the green.
Method
- We used our trencher to excavate drainage channels in the green
- The trenches were backfilled with 2-6mm gravel to 100mm below the surface
- Rootzone was used to top the gravel bands up to the surface
- The Rootzone was firmed up and consolidated
